1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HealRoots ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Nature of the Service

HealRoots is a telemedicine platform that connects patients with qualified homeopathic doctors for online consultations. The Platform also provides an AI Care Assistant that organises patient-provided information and supports care navigation. It does not diagnose or prescribe. HealRoots does not practice medicine and is not a hospital or clinic.

3. Medical Disclaimer

All content on this Platform — including Care Assistant outputs, blog articles, and remedy descriptions — is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. The Care Assistant is an AI tool and cannot diagnose or prescribe. Always consult a qualified doctor before starting treatment. In a medical emergency, call 112 immediately.

4. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform independently. Minors may only use the Platform under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Doctor accounts require valid CCH registration.

5. Payments and Refunds

Consultation fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable once a consultation has commenced. If a doctor cancels an appointment, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

6. Data Privacy

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). Your health data is encrypted at rest and in transit and is never sold to third parties.

7. Doctor Conduct

All doctors on HealRoots are independently verified against CCH registration records. Doctors practise in accordance with the Council of Homoeopathic Medicine Regulations and the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines 2020 issued by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Platform — including articles, remedy descriptions, and the HealRoots brand — is the intellectual property of HealRoots Health Technologies Pvt. Ltd. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HealRoots shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service that caused the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
